I just read in the "Chicago Tribune" for November 11th that Sir Scoon
has just outlawed public gatherings except for church or business.
He has also authorized arrests without warrants & will censor the press.

Until now, I've been in favor of the invasion to clear the Cubanos out,
although the fear of backlash has been nagging at me (I *like* the
Carribean and want to spend more time there without having people 
being hostile toward US citizens.).  Somebody reassure me that this
gentleman is NOT planning on installing himself as king.  Wasn't the
invasion supposed to clear out the dictatorial types?
