The longest forward-sorted words are ALMOST and BIOPSY. The longest words with no letter occurring more than once are - ambidextrous bluestocking exclusionary incomputable lexicography loudspeaking malnourished (the words 'vodkathumbscrewingly' and 'pubvexingfjordschmaltzy' don't seem to be in /usr/dict/words) More words begin with 's' than any other letter.
