It is great if you are a low intermediate or high expert, but not so good otherwise. There just aren't many trails for other skiers and the ones that are available end at a few very crowded lifts. If you are stuck skiing there for most of your trip and can handle any expert stuff at all, try the top of Peak 9. It's much less crowded and the bowl is great fun if the snow is nice. I hoghly recommend any of the other areas you mentioned, especially Copper. As for restaurants in Summit County, La France in Dillon is on my absolute don't miss list. It's relatively expensive, but you will probably have one of the best meals of your life, in addition to being entertained by the chef/owner. Reservations are usually necessary. I always eat there at least once when I am in the area. -- Richard LeBlanc CSNet: Rich @ GATech ARPA: Rich.GATech @ CSNet-Relay uucp: ...!{sb1,allegra,ut-ngp}!gatech!rich ...!duke!mcnc!msdc!gatech!rich
