Since when has there been a strict correspondence between a
newsgroup's name, and the topics of discussion which go on within
it? Seriously, I see nothing inherently evil about using newgroup
A to discuss topic B, especially if there is no newsgroup B. (On
the other hand, this may indicate the need for a new newsgroup.)
