Lines: 15 When I pay for someone, I'm expressing the fact that I like the person. If that person pays for me some other time, I assume he is expressing that he likes me. For me there is no "owing" except what is previously stated to be so (such as when I borrow money from a friend, but its not the same thing as paying for dinner). Mostly it's convenience. I'm not everybody, though.
