And of course, I would love to share the details of my wedding. We were married on the 4th of June this year. It was a small affair, immediate family only. We decided to rent a house near Lake Tahoe. Requirements for this house included spectacular view of mountains, near or on the lake, with a huge master bedroom. The house we found was in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. The wedding was held at 2 pm on the patio above the lake. The view was incredible. Lake, mountains, snow on mountains, clouds, and lots of blue sky. Consequently the photos were fantastic. We hired a professsional to do the photos, caterers to prepare dinner after the ceremony, and a bartender to handle the flow of drinks. Most of the arranging was done over the phone from NJ. My dress and my sister's were shorter, less formal but elegant. The groom wore a tux, the best man a 3-piece suit. Our bouquets were made of silk flowers, however fresh flowers were used to decorate the tables. My parents and sister stayed in the house with us, my husband's family drove up on that day. We left SF for Hawaii (1 week) and that is another story. Anyone considering an 'away from home wedding', I would be glad to advise. Annette
