Thank you for your responses on the income tax questions. I didn't think I wouldget a response. Anyway I have more questions about this tax. My understanding is that the 16th Amendament didn't grant the government any new taxing authority.
. The capitation tax question I asked yesy(yesterday) is in the constitution and says no capitation or other direct tax
can be imposed. More answers please!
