Apparently he is one of the few that have won a non-payment of taxes case. I thought his case had something to do with the requirement of "filing" the tax forms was unconstitutional (invasion of privacy?). He seemed to say that he had nothing against paying taxes, but that they were voluntary, and the government could not require an individual to file a 1040. If anyone has more substantive information about this case, I would really like to hear about it. --peter
