I'm posting an extra one of these tests because the previous one appeared
to fail, if I understood the uucp error messages correctly.  This message
should wend its way from decvax to ittvax and eventually back to sdcsvax,
where I can read it if it survives the trip.  If this test succeeds, it
means that there is an (expensive) outlet for news from San Diego if I
really need to use it.
