They tend to ship in all sorts of stuff that is normally sold in Europe; magazines, records (lots of classical and rock sets not usually found just anywhere) and a few strange things like The Frank Zappa Songbook (lyrics in English and German). Anyway, this company is now trying to sell audio equipment. Their first offering is a reciever-speaker combo; the reciever is 20 watts/channel, is 5" X 5 1/2" X 6", has an old 30's radio dial (FM pickup only), and has a regular number of connection leads for speakers, input, output, etc....... There is also a 30 watt/channel model available, of standard reciever shape, but very small and, like its kin, with no frills included. With the reciever comes two bookself-size speakers. The interesting point is that both of the systems, speakers and all, are made by Advent. I've never heard of Advent making recievers before, and would like to hear from anyone who has either had/has such a system or knows of them. Thanks much!!!!
