I thought I read somewhere that all American cars starting in 1966
had to have seat belts. I own a '66 Dodge and a '67 Pontiac and they
both have seat belts. Assuming that your not the original owner of
the car, try looking inbetween the seat back and bottom. The previous
owner may have put them there because he didn't use them. Good luck!
