This will probably make the system much more efficient, now people who need 11 X 17 inch copies will no longer use local self-service copy machines but instead will stand in line at Reproduction for copies. This makes as much sense as the reduction in mail service from 4 times / day to 2times /day. They have reduced the load on the low cost payroll and are allowing the Technical people to waste time standing in line.
