Wasn't the original powered by the Ford Cleveland 351 V8 (not the 351 Windsor that went into the Mustangs of that era). This car has always had a special attraction for me. I liked the idea of having a 220 hp. "feren sports car" that could have any relatively major engine repairs done at a Ford dealership in Peoria, Ill :-). Does anyone have any other information on the new Pantera? From the land where they put 1 ton of salt per highway/lane mile, (Massachusetts) Henry L.
