I think the misplaced apostrophe in the title of the original article
was not an accident.  The same article contains the following:

I sincerely hope that this article was meant to be a joke and not any 
attempt at a serious commentary.  If this is an example of the literacy
of a graduated engineering professional, heaven help us all.  Maybe if
we are lucky, it was written by one of the few sub-teenager's on the
net.							   ^
