Here is a Spinach Dip recipe that is quite delicious.
It may not look too appetizing when you are preparing it,
but try it, you'll love it.

Spinach Dip

1 cup chopped thawed spinach
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk

Mix all ingredients together in a blender - Make sure
you mix small amounts at a time, otherwise it will
not mix very well.

Chill and serve.

It goes great with vegetables, and also with pretzels
and chips. 

Enjoy.
