Ingredients

1	8-oz pkg	Philedelphia Cream Cheese (all other brands are bogus)
3	tbsp (or so)	Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.
1	8-oz can	white tuna (or 7-oz light if you prefer).
1	tbsp		lemon concentrate (e.g. ReaLemon)
1	tsp		Tabasco Sauce


Soften the Cream cheese in a bowl and mix in tuna.  Add & blend in Miracle
Whip (quantity is a matter of taste; 3 tbsp is a starting point - these should
be heaping.  another measure: about half of the smallest (8-oz) jar size).
Stir in lemon & tabasco sauce; cover and chill for at least an hour.

Mayonnaise should NOT be substituted for the Miracle Whip.
