If you have time, let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so to let the flavors blend and to let the vegies in the mix get soft. It is still ok if you can't do this. Eat with any selection of raw vegetables cut into small pieces. At any gathering this combination tends to go first. Margaret Reek ritcv!mmr
