They should be ground to about 1/4 the size of a pea. If you don't have a food processor, skip this recipe. Take three oranges, peel them (including the white bitter stuff) and grind them up in the food processor. Add about 1/2 cup of sugar. You need enough to just get over the pucker, not to be very sweet. Add a few tablespoons of Triple Sec or something similar. Store in the fridge for at least three days, then give it a stir and check the amount of sugar. I much prefer this to cooked cranberries. Cindy McMeekin tektronix!tekmdp!cindym
