Here is a fantastic avocado dip that will be the smash of any party!
Layer a large flat pan with the following:

    Bottom layer : mix together
                     mashed avocado
                     garlac
                     chopped onions
                     mayonaise
                     lemon juice
                     hot peppers
    Second layer : sour cream
    Third layer  : hot sauce
    Fourth layer : chopped black olives
    Fifth layer  : chopped tomatoes
    Sixth layer  : grated cheddar cheese

I like to use the large Frito corn chips to dip with.
