Many years ago a restaraunt in Honolulu served a oil-and-vinegar Roquefort salad dressing. Its now defunct, and we were unable to get a recipie at the time. It was not "blended", but rather the cheese remained in (small) chunks. It was clear, as you would expect an O&V dressing to be. It was excellent, but I never have seen the same, nor have I run into any recepies for it. Any ideas? I'll post anything that looks good, and thanks in advance.
