	Interestingly enough after World War II, the defense budget
	increased during Democratic presidential administrations:
	Kennedy, Johnson, Truman, Carter and decreased or remained the
	same during Republic administrations Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford.
	Reagan is a notable exception.
Also, every major US war in this century was entered during a
Democratic administration and typically after electoral campaigns
which promised to keep us out of war (Wilson, FD Roosevelt, Johnson).
Reagan is just trying hard to break the opposition's record.	--Genji
