I feel that the life bearing world would not be significant if man was not around to enjoy it, but by no means do I condone paving the forests and rivers or leveling the mountains or land filling the valleys. We should respect other forms of life - animals and plants in order to preserve them for future human generations, not for their own sake. Destroying nature is a crime against all of mankind. Carl W.
