Capitalism "tends" to distribute goods and services to those who produce goods and services. If you mean that it fails IN DOING THAT, I would like to hear more. If you don't like the fact that capitalism works that way (with due regard for nits about theory vs. ideals vs. practice), then you are entitled to your opinion but be aware that THAT is what we (those of us who favor capitalism) like about it.
