Believe this or not, last night Yuri gave me a ring, and we bs'ed for
a while (I am glad it is on his phone bill!)  We eventually got to
talking about World Politics, and he told ME that he is planning to be
a good czar (oops, I mean Party Leader) from now on, and that he is
awfully sorry for confusing us in the Free World, and that he will be
good from now on, and will not invade Poland.

So now I will announce that I have found "Peace in Our Time".
