Hunting does serve a useful and necessary function for wildlife. But, I'm glad you don't look down on me for eating Big Macs. Maybe you should criticize the emotionally disturbed farmers who raise livestock. They are motivated by profit and I am sure many of them enjoy what they do, since most of them could work less and make more in another profession. Perhaps, the emotionally disturbed meat packers should be the next target. I am not motivated to hunt by the *need* to kill. I enjoy it for many other reasons. Killing has always been a part of hunting. But if I just wanted to kill something, there are many easier ways to do it than hunting. I also enjoy archery hunting for deer and it takes much more of my time than hunting with a gun. It is quite apparent to me that killing is not a large motivation for my hunting. Emotionally Stable, Carl W. Amport
