Some people I've spoken to on the net think that god fills that function (that
of the higher species benevolently culling out and "harvesting" random humans).
If they're right, I guess he just forgot to file for a new hunting license,
or he's just not getting the right ones.  But just wait till hunting season
reopens in 1999. :-)
