	There have been comments made about starting a newsgroup
	called net.celts (or some form thereof).  If people are
	serious about starting an ethnic type "newsgroup"...
	how about calling it net.roots.  At least this way you
	can break the groups down further:

		net.roots.anglo
		net.roots.black
		net.roots.chinese
		net.roots.english
		..........french

			etc.

				etc.

					etc.

	The same type of group can also be broken down into languages
	so give the idea some serious thought instead of bantering
	the issue around and post constructive comments.
