Due to circumstances beyond my control, the distribution of the hidden
surface source code has been delayed from the original (much earlier)
date.  It is now very close to a form for distribution.  I hope to be
sending out the code by the end of this week.  Read this newsgroup for
the introduction, and subsequent distribution in net.sources.
Consider it a Christmas present from the powers that be.
