I am looking to buy myself a new rig for low-band work.  Currently I have
a Heath HW-8 QRPp rig, but I live in an apartment and just can't seem to
get a signal out.  I'd like to keep expenses to around $600-$700, and CW
performance is of paramount concern.  In fact, lower priced CW only rigs
would be ok, if such creatures exist.  Any ideas and suggestions?
