Subj:   W5LFL full quieting.  
Reports  from other stations in the Duluth,  MN area  indicate 
that  Owen was operating orbits 129 and 130 this morning  with 
good signals into the area.

I  have excellent full quieting recordings of him on orbit 134 
as he passed over mid-Montana.   On that pass, he acknowledged 
WA7DPM, N7ARE (on CW, yet!) and W5FFM.

Apparently,  DPM was broadcasting on several  channels,  since 
Owen commented on how he 'certainly covered the spectrum'.

Signal  levels into a 12 db RHCP yagi and TS-700 were  running 
as high as S9 +20 db.
