I have gotten a lot of replys about how my jokes don't rotate properly.  Well,
they do!  It's just that people using the Caesar Decoder don't know that it
grundge on short lines.  Type 'D 13' instead of whatever you were typing to
rotate before, ESPECIALLY if it was just a 'D'.

Now here's your chance to type '-' at the end and try out the 'D 13'!!!:
