Here's a worse joke (I think) and it's homemade.

Here's the situation:

Your car goes out of control, goes up on the sidewalk and hits a tree.
The tree promptly drops all of its leaves as a result of the impact.
A cop arrives, sizes up the situation, and proceeds to issue a citation
to the TREE!!

What for, you ask?













Leaving the scene of an accident!

Is that bad or is that really bad?
