(AP)--In the event of a nuclear attack, Civil Defense officials here hope to order enough food from take-out restaurants and grocery stores to feed residents while they wait in the safety of shelters. Utica Civil Defense Director Joseph Pugliese Monday described this plan as ordering "1,000 hamburgers and 1,000 cups of coffee" for the people in the shelters--Oneonta (N.Y.) Daily Star.
