A man who is fond of sweetbreads, kidneys, brains, tripe, and other exotic innard-type meats goes to his favorite store one day to see what they have that's fresh. The butcher points out that they have brains today - calf brains for $1.37/pound, lamb brains for $2.20/pound, and brains for $85.00/pound. The man asks why the last is so expensive. The butcher says, "Do you have any idea how many 's it takes to make a pound of brains?"
