I'm getting real tired of people submitting flames to net.jokes and
saying "I didn't submit this flame to net.jokes.d on purpose because
nobody reads it, so don't flame at me".  Well, I read net.jokes.d, and
I bet lots of other people do too.  Let's take a survey, ok?  Send me
mail telling me whether you read net.jokes.d or not.  I'll tabulate all
the responses, and summarize to the net.  But I'm willing to bet that
most of the responses I get will say that they DO read net.jokes.d.

ONLY SUBMIT JOKES TO NET.JOKES.  ALL DISCUSSION GOES TO NET.JOKES.D.
ANYONE WHO SUBMITS ANYTHING BUT JOKES TO NET.JOKES DESERVES TO BE
TOLD THE PATTY O'FURNITURE JOKE OVER AND OVER.

Anyone sending me mail pointing out the obvious contradiction in the
first paragraph of this letter doesn't deserve to be reading net.jokes
because their sense of humor (or, maybe just their sense of sarcasm)
has been dulled beyond belief.
