Yeah, you're missing something. The unrotated parts are to give you a
hint. You have to practice to read the rest. What? you mean you can't?
It's just a matter of mentally switching the appropriate letters ...

Personally, I think people rotate parts of jokes because it's CLEVER
to do it that way. I mean, ANYone can rotate the whole thing.
