In deference to the official position that rotated jokes may contain anything the poster (in his sole discretion) deems to be funny, let me rephrase that: " I didn't see anything funny whatsoever about Dennis Ward's "joke". The implication that (a) it is a wife's duty to do housework for her husband, and (b) that if she doesn't he has a right to beat her up, is hardly amusing. Wife battering is a serious problem in our society. While Mr. Ward has the right to post anything he wishes to net.jokes in rotated form, I am, frankly, appalled that he would seek to encourage this kind of attitude.
