You can also get CLU for 4.1c. The latter two (4.1c & 4.2) differ
only slightly from the Liskov et. al. book published by Springer-Verlag;
a couple of pages come with the system describing the differences. Most
are either extensions or changes to the I/O system.

I assume this also applies to the 4.1 version, but I haven't seen it.
