I have been trying to get hold of a paper by professor N. Writh
its title is:
	       "Programming languages: what to demand and how
		to access them  and Professor Cleverbyte's visit
		to heaven"

I tried to ask for a copy of this article from ETH, and
it seems they are out of stock, I also tried to see if it is
published anywhere else, no luck either.

I would really appriciate if any one can help me in getting a copy
of this article.  I am willing to pay for the coping and mailing
cost if someone has and willing to do it for me.  Or if someone
can send me his/her copy I will copy and send it back at the same
