In fact, the article in question was a barely-disguised flame about
the language "Praxis," a DOD loser in the great ADA contest.
 
The gist of the whole thing was that C was TOO small, ADA was TOO big,
and Praxis was JUUUUSST right.

The article would have more credibility, except that the author was
apparently one of the designers of ...... Praxis.

Honi soit qui mal C pense.
