I believe Polar Bear livers do contain toxic levels of vitamin
A during certain parts of the year, due to their diet.
Unfortunately my reference is at home, but it mentioned that
it's probably a good idea to avoid Polar Bear liver at any time,
just in case the season of toxicity strayed over a little.
