I have heard of a program out in the public domain
called make15 that changes the user area in the fcb
for cpm files. Can anyone out there please mail me a
copy of the source. I have been unable to locate a
copy on the RCPM's that I know and do not have
an account on ARPANET, therefore no access to SIMTEL.

Also I have had problems trying to use mail to send
messages to accounts on arpanet. Any advice as to how
to do this would be appreciated.
