These were die-cut from heavy carton stock, called "bit-boxes" or the like, and were at most $2 ea. This is a fine alternative to those overpriced plastic boxes. Unfortuantely, I don't know how to locate them and haven't seen them since. If I see them again in April, I will of course buy some more as well as make a note to post info to the net, but hopefully someone else can come up with the supplier's name in the interim.
