Message-ID: <223@micomvax.UUCP> Date: Tue, 13-Dec-83 15:39:30 EST Article-I.D.: micomvax.223 Posted: Tue Dec 13 15:39:30 1983 Date-Received: Fri, 16-Dec-83 03:42:41 EST Organization: Micom, Montreal Lines: 11 I am looking for a WORKING routine to simulate floating point software on a 68000 system. The format of the storage of the floating points is 4 bytes per floating point variable (the exact format of the 4 bytes is just as on a VAX11 system -- execess 128 i.e. 1 sign-bit 8-bit exponent and a 23-bit fraction , and the infamous HIDDEN 1-BIT). If anyone out there can help me please send reply by mail to: ..!philabs!micomvax!barry Subject: Floating Software support for C 68000 compiler. Newsgroups: net.micro.68k
