  Over the last few days, my Atari 800 has been acting up.
When I turn it on, about 99% of the time all I get is a screen
full of miscellaneous charaters.  Occaisonally, System Reset will
clear the screen, but very rarely.  This problem occurs with or without
a cartridge in slot A.    Has anyone had the same problem?
