	I've gotten 11 requests for access to the Info-IBMPC library
by those of us who do not have access to a ARPANET machine. It seems
to me that the number of PC source files does not really warrant a
new group - there would be an initial flood of messages while we caught
up with the backlog, and then a small trickle. So, here's my  proposal:

	Some kind, generous soul on a gateway machine post all the
		library programs directly to net.micro.pc (ONCE)
		and post each new library entry as it shows up.
	
	Please, don't do anything yet! Let's coordinate this. What I would
		like now is 
			1) volunteers for the gateperson and
			2) any objections/flames/support
		mailed (not posted) directly to me. I will keep the net
		posted. Thanks,
