That is clearly a bunch of crock to get the young fools out there to defend this so-called wise man's properties and privileges against those who would (for whatever reasons) take them away. Patriotism is the one of the most infectious and debilitating diseases known to our species, but it also has the characteristic that the person so infected has the main resposibility for curing themself. No magic cures, though, just a little thinking about your own humanity. Try it some time soon.
