I was in an a capella singing group while I was a MIT, and we sang the 
Rice Krispies jingle Mark mentioned.

Here are the lyrics; I'm glad that there are others who
remember that commercial with fondness:


Snap, what a happy sound,
Snap is the happiest sound I've found.
You may clap, rap, tap, slap, 
but Snap makes the world go 'round.

I say it's Crackle, the crispy sound,
You gotta have Crackle or your clock's not wound.
