I am in full agreement with Mr. Bressel regarding this potential newsgroup.
For many vegetarians, there is a great deal more to vegetarianism than sharing
recipes.  Love and respect for animal life, nutritional purity, religious
convictions and lower-cost self-sufficiency (or just lower-cost grocery bills)
are just a few of the more common reasons that one may choose vegetarianism.
A poll of vegetarians would probably reveal that there is quite an assortment
of motives.  I beleive that this would become evident in a group such as
net.vegetarian.  The same poll of vegetarians would probably reveal that the
vegetarian diet, in many cases, is only a partial manifestation of an entire
attitude and way of life that is in effect far beyond the kitchen or dinner
table.  I think this news group would be a great forum for great and complex
subject.  Let's go!!!
