How about something similar to net.news.config, but for people
instead of machines.  In particular, I've sometimes seen birth
announcements as well as death announcements, and both deserve
a place.  Likewise, it might be useful for the announcement of
people who are leaving the net or moving to another company.
Of course, we would not expect to see announcements of new users.

I propose all of these go in one newsgroup called, say, net.people
